Why we built EASM
Universities and hospitals in Pakistan already own good systems. The student record, the admissions CRM, the phone exchange and the policy library all exist. What they lack is a way for people to use them without waiting in a queue or knowing whom to ask.
We saw applicants give up at midnight because nobody answered, and staff spend their day repeating the same answer. The information was there. The interface was not.
EASM One is that interface. It sits on top of what an institution already runs, answers in plain language, and only shows people what they are allowed to see. We start with one department, prove the value in numbers leadership trusts, and expand from there.
