How does EASM compare to building this in-house?

A custom build typically takes 12–18 months and 4–6 engineers, plus an ongoing team to maintain regional compliance updates (FBR, ZATCA, VAT). EASM ships in weeks, with compliance built-in and updated by us as regulations change. Our customers spend their engineering budget on what is actually unique to their business - not on rebuilding tax forms.

Can I start with just one module?

Yes - and most teams do. AI Support is the most common entry point because it shows ROI fastest (typical clients see 60%+ ticket deflection in the first month). You can layer on Online Ordering, Restaurant ERP, POS, Retail Management, or Academic PM whenever you are ready. Same database, no re-implementation.

Is my data locked into EASM?

No. Every module exposes a documented REST + GraphQL API, and we provide one-click export of all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, SQL dump). We win by being the best place to run your operation - not by holding your data hostage.

What about compliance for Pakistan, UAE, and Saudi Arabia?

Built in. EASM supports FBR e-invoicing and SECP filings (Pakistan), VAT and corporate tax reporting (UAE), and ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing (KSA) out of the box. We track regulatory changes and push updates to your tenant - you do not have to.

Where does the AI run, and is my data used to train models?

EASM AI features run on Anthropic Claude via the API. Customer data is processed only to serve your requests - it is never used to train models, by us or by Anthropic. We can also enforce regional data residency for clients with strict requirements.

How is pricing structured?

We price per module, by usage tier (active outlets, monthly tickets, or active projects, depending on the module). There is no per-seat charge - invite your whole team. We publish base tiers on request; enterprise terms with SLAs and dedicated support are negotiated directly.
