How GECA (SMC-Pvt.) Limited collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the EASM platform and this website.
EASM is developed and managed by GECA (SMC-Pvt.) Limited, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under CUIN 0266928. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean GECA (SMC-Pvt.) Limited.

From this website, we collect only the information you submit through the demonstration request form: your name, work email address, organisation, optional phone number, the area of interest you select, and any message you choose to write.
From a deployed EASM instance, the platform processes the institutional content your organisation loads into it, the questions users ask, the responses returned, the knowledge sources used, and the associated interaction records. In that context your organisation is the controller of the data and we act as a processor under the terms of the service agreement.
Website enquiry data is used to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Platform data is processed to operate the service for your organisation: retrieving approved knowledge, resolving permissions, producing responses, maintaining audit records, and reporting on support performance.
Retention periods for a deployed instance are defined in the service agreement for that deployment, together with the export and deletion procedures available to your organisation.
Website enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and are deleted on request.
Depending on the jurisdiction that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or a restriction on how it is processed.
If your data sits inside an organisation’s EASM deployment, please contact that organisation first, as it controls the data. We will support them in responding.
